3. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, clinical matrices, and scoring algorithms, are the intellectual property of BestDentalSG. Unauthorized redistribution, extraction, scraping, or commercial exploitation of our auditing data is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
4. Vetting & Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BestDentalSG, its clinical advisory board, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
